Barker Piano Tuning (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect through this website and how we use it.
Information we collect
When you use the service request form, we collect what you provide: your name, email address, phone number (optional), ZIP code, the type of piano, your preferred way to be contacted, and the message you write. We do not sell your personal information.
How we use it
We use what you submit to respond to your request, schedule service, and follow up about your appointment. We do not share your information with outside organizations except service providers needed to operate this website, such as our email delivery and hosting providers.
Text messages
If you choose “Text message” as your preferred contact method and check the opt-in box, we collect your phone number, the exact consent text you agreed to, and the date and time of your consent, so we have a record of your opt-in. We use this only to text you about your inquiry and appointment. Text messaging consent and opt-in data is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.
